Hi, hello there! I think I’ve managed to post once in around 2 months. I’ve been busy, cue Glastonbury, British Summer Time Festival and Tenerife. It’s been jam packed but I think we all need a break every now and then to recharge. I’m back and I’ve set myself a schedule timetable of what I need to do when (I work much better to a schedule). Anywhoo’s I thought I might share a little photo diary of Glastonbury. I’m not much of a photo taker or selfie taker, so it’s mainly picturesque views of some of the stages. The weather was a beaut and the rain held off.
The Pyramid Stage on the Sunday evening, I believe good ol’ Ed Sheeran was playing.
Heard of the super fun band Slaves? This is Laurie Vincent crowd surfing, lads lads lads.
Might possibly be the only selfie I took. Also I really like these sunglasses from ASOS.
Waiting for Ed Sheeran on the Pyramid Stage. We only stayed for around 20 minutes as we wanted to catch another 3 bands that were playing during his long set.
Nice and dark for when Alt-J played on the Other Stage. We camped very closed to here.
Sitting up by the Glastonbury sign on the first day watching the sunset.
The view of Glastonbury by the sign at night, looks like a mini city.
The Courteeners played the Other Stage.
HAIM. The band I was most excited to see at Glastonbury. Of course I had to kindly barge my way to front.
At around 5am on the Monday we woke up to this lovely sunrise to pack up our bags, tents and make the farewell trip home once more.
I can’t say I miss the taste of warm cider in the morning or even prepping myself to use the toilet. However Glastonbury was once again such a fun long weekend with friends, guess I’ll be saving my pennies for the next.
Have you ever been to Glastonbury or wanted to go?
