I Ran The Stroud Half Marathon

I don’t know what’s funnier, the fact that I ran a half marathon or that I look happy about running up a hill. Either way I ran the Stroud Half Marathon last weekend and I think it’s one of my greatest achievements to date. I’m not much of a long-distance runner, I just enjoy running the odd 3 or 4 miles in the week. Exercise keeps me sane and keeps my stress levels down. Hi I’m Chloe and did you know I’m running TWO HALF MARATHONS THIS YEAR. ONE OF THEM IS NEXT MONTH *hyperventilation starts*. Seriously, I am running 13.1 miles next month, then again the following month. I am running 7 and 8 miles a bit more frequently now, but I did end up stuck in the next town on Saturday as my knee messed up. I had to call my mum to come and get me. For Goodness Shakes High Protein Water

I am definitely not a daily protein shake kinda gal. I really like the idea but the effort of making one and actually ensuring I go to the gym enough to actually need a protein supplement is just not happening… As I am only running a few miles in the week with a 7 miler thrown in there somewhere, perhaps a couple of gym sessions and heavy weights too..
